Parissa + Atta | Stylish Downtown Hotel Wedding | San Diego, CA

This wedding day was held at the Westgate Hotel, in the heart of Downtown here at home in sunny San Diego. So many weddings I photograph take me all over: from Temecula and Riverside to Orange County and Los Angeles, even sometimes to San Luis Obispo… Needless to say, it was nice having a wedding close to home! This gorgeous couple had a beautiful wedding ceremony. Well, it actually was TWO ceremonies! This couple chose to have both a Persian ceremony, followed immediately by a more Western wedding ceremony. And local news anchor Shally Zomorodi officiated both! It was a lovely way to celebrate, honor, and combine the wedding traditions of two cultures. From start to finish, this wedding was a dream to photograph! Don’t believe me? Just check it out!
