That distinction still holds. The estate operates strictly as a private events property, so there's no public foot traffic wandering into your ceremony or photos.
The venue has been hosting weddings for over eighteen years, and the ownership has kept investing in the property over that time. Pressurized water features, integrated gas fire displays, custom paving, and all-weather structures have all been added along the way, which is part of why it still reads as current rather than dated. Catering and DJ services are handled in-house only, though outside florists, photographers, and hair and makeup are welcome with proof of insurance. Final guest counts lock 30 days out and can only go up from there, not down. Cancellation terms are steep: 50% of the contract if you cancel 180 or more days out, and the full contract total inside that window. Worth building into your planning timeline from the start.
