You won't need to do this alone. From choosing colors and a location to deciding who's in the frame with you, I'll walk you through every decision before the session even starts.
During the session, I'll guide the poses and the pacing, so what you get is natural rather than stiff.
Then we turn the images into something lasting: a gallery, an album, artwork for your home.

Continuing The Story
The first weeks are quiet and fast. If you'd like to hold onto that season too, I offer relaxed in-home newborn sessions. No elaborate props, just connection: holding your baby, quiet moments in the nursery, the calm of those early days.
Sessions run 30–60 minutes with gentle guidance throughout. Parents, siblings, and pets are all welcome.
Many maternity clients book both, to keep the full chapter together.

I've spent years photographing the moments people are proudest of. Motherhood is one of the most honest stories I get to photograph, and one of the ones I care most about getting right.
I stay hands-on with the details that matter: the planning, the guidance during your session, and the artwork design afterward. So what you receive reflects real care, not just a finished product.

Most sessions happen between 28–34 weeks, when the bump is well-defined but you're still comfortable moving around. I'll help you land on the right week once we know your due date.

I'll send styling guidance ahead of time — colors and silhouettes that photograph well together, without needing to buy anything new.
Absolutely. Many sessions include partners, siblings, even pets. Just let me know who you'd like involved when we book.
Can my partner, other kids, or pets be part of the session?
I'm feeling self-conscious about my body right now — is that normal?
Very. Almost everyone feels that way walking in, and it fades fast once we start moving and shooting. I'll guide you into poses and angles that feel natural, not ones you have to hold uncomfortably.
On-location, indoors or out, throughout San Diego and Southern California — wherever fits the light and mood you're after. I'm happy to suggest a spot if you don't have one in mind.
